About Collective Family Health

Kendra Poole received her Bachelors In Nursing from Methodist College of Nursing in Peoria, Il in 2014.
She later attended Bradley University where she received her Masters in Nursing specializing in Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her nursing  background includes medical/surgical nursing and obstetrics. Most recently, she has been working as an inpatient medicine nurse practitioner in the Quad Cities. 

Angela Reidner has served women as a Certified Nurse Midwife since 1992. Angela graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with a BSN in 1992. She graduated from University of Illinois at Chicago with a MS Degree in Maternal Child Nursing and Midwifery in 1992. She has served as a full scope midwife in a variety of settings including community hospitals, large urban hospitals, and a birth center.  She is proud to offer evidence-based quality healthcare in a safe and comfortable environment.  Supporting women in their health care is at the core of Angela's passion.  Providing Well Woman health care in the office includes supporting women in their annual exams, family planning decisions, sexual health and menopausal care.  Providing home birth services to women who desire a highly personalized and low intervention birth is the focus of Angela's care for pregnant women.
